Winston & Strawn is proud to host the first Corporate Litigation Counsel Trial Advocacy Program sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers. The two-day program will take place at Winston's Chicago office May 11-12, 2023, and is designed to further the ACTL's commitment to professionalism and excellence in courtroom advocacy and to improve trust, confidence, and belief in the civil justice system.

Partners Kimball Anderson, Linda Coberly, and Dan Webb, along with other experts, will lead this new and in-depth program designed to equip in-house litigation counsel to better manage litigation. Keynote speakers for the program include Michael O'Donnell, ACTL Past President and Firm Chair at Wheeler Triggs & O'Donnell, and Dane Drobny, Former General Counsel of Sears and Groupon and Partner at Winston & Strawn.
