has joined the firm's Chicago office as Of Counsel.
Justin focuses his practice on private equity and mergers and
acquisitions. He takes a comprehensive approach to assist his
clients in planning and executing strategic and financial
transactions to meet their business goals. Justin works with
start-ups and private companies to manage their life cycle from
formation and structuring to fundraising and strategic exits. He
drafts, reviews and negotiates a wide-range of commercial contracts
and agreements to enable his clients to achieve their strategic and
