The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
("OCC") published revised versions of the "
Public Notice and Comments" and "
Fiduciary Powers" booklets of the Comptroller's
Licensing Manual.
The "Public Notice and Comments" booklet provides
information about public notice requirements and procedures. The
revised version replaces the booklet published in March 2007.
The "Fiduciary Powers" booklet outlines policies and
procedures for banks and federal savings associations exercising
fiduciary powers. The revised version replaces the booklet
published in June 2002.
