Bowditch is a sponsor of the Foundation for MetroWest 8th Annual Community Leadership Breakfast, held at 7:30 a.m. on October 25 at the Boston Marriott Newton.
This annual event brings together 350 corporate decision makers and civic leaders to discuss how to incorporate corporate and community philanthropy into business models. Foundation for MetroWest has as its mission connecting donors with nonprofits and local nonprofits with each other.
The breakfast will honor Woolsey S. Conover, a founding Trustee of the Foundation for MetroWest who served as Chair of the Board from 1995 to 2000. Woolsey also was a founder and principal of Consolidated Group Trust in Framingham.
The keynote speaker is John Harthorne, founder and former CEO of MassChallenge, a startup accelerator.
