On September 8, 2026, TD Asset Management Inc. ("TDAM"), through the TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund, announced they have agreed to acquire VodafoneZiggo's passive mobile tower infrastructure from Ziggo BV, a subsidiary of Ziggo Group, alongside DigitalBridge and Legal & General ("L&G"). Subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, the acquired business will be combined with Belgium Tower Partners, an existing tower platform in Belgium, creating an independent telecommunications tower platform with more than 6,600 sites across Belgium and the Netherlands. The transaction is expected to close in early 2027.

TD Asset Management Inc., headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, is a member of TD Bank Group and a global investment management firm. The TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund is an open-ended infrastructure fund managed by TDAM.
