Taft acted as legal counsel to Taoglas, a portfolio company of Graham Partners, in connection with its acquisition of SFL Mobile Radio / Sure Antennas (SFL), a United Kingdom-based provider of advanced vehicle communications systems for emergency services, public safety, and mission-critical fleets.
Sure Antennas, part of the SFL Mobile Radio Holdings Group, provides specialized antenna and communications solutions for the public safety and critical infrastructure sectors. The acquisition expands Taoglas' critical communications antenna capabilities and supports its growth in European markets.
