J A Kemp has retained its ‘Highly Recommended’ ranking in the non-contentious WIPR trade marks rankings 2026.

James Fish was once again ranked as ‘Outstanding’, while Charlotte Stirling and Tom Albertini retained their ‘Recommended’ rankings.

Scott Gardiner and Aaron Newell were recommended for the first time.

The firm was also recommended in the contentious category, with Charlotte Stirling named as a recommended attorney for contentious matters.

Now in its third edition, the WIPR UK Trademarks Rankings 2026 recognises the leading firms and practitioners across both contentious and non-contentious practice areas.
