What does it take to build a successful and sustainable career in dispute resolution?
That question was at the heart of the session led by our Counsel
Kirstin McGoldrick and Caroline
Strohmeier of Pitkowitz & Partners at this year's
Summer ELSA Law School on Dispute
Resolution.
Drawing on their own experiences, they explored the role of women
in dispute resolution, career paths, the skills needed to succeed,
work-life balance, and the growing impact of AI on the legal
profession. Now a valued annual tradition, the session once again
sparked thoughtful questions and an open exchange of ideas and
personal perspectives.
