We advised a consortium of Dutch family offices led by Rubens Capital Partners Asset Management on the acquisition of the Carmel portfolio, a large-scale residential real estate portfolio located in The Hague.
The Carmel portfolio comprises more than 1,500 residential units and 40 commercial units, representing approximately 103,000 square metres of gross floor area. Located across 28 neighbourhoods throughout The Hague, the transaction is among the largest residential portfolio transactions completed within a single Dutch city in recent years.
We advised on the transaction through a multidisciplinary team combining expertise across Real Estate, Corporate / M&A, Investment Management, Banking & Finance and Tax.
