San Francisco, California – July 6, 2026 – Jeffer Mangels & Mitchell LLP (JMM) is pleased to announce that Joshua Masur has joined the Firm as a Partner in its Patent Litigation Group in the San Francisco office. His addition further strengthens the Firm’s intellectual property litigation capabilities and its service to technology-driven clients.
Josh focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and complex business litigation for technology-focused companies, both established and emerging. His work spans patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and licensing matters, as well as broader commercial litigation involving intellectual property rights.
For more than 25 years, he has represented clients in federal and state courts across the country, before the International Trade Commission, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. His experience covers a wide range of technologies, including computer networking, online marketplaces and other online services, cannabis, streaming video, encryption, biometric and mobile device authentication, prisoner restraints, automotive pollution controls, and digital media.
