Rhoades joins during a period of continued momentum for Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's Litigation practice in the Americas, which continues to build on several consecutive years of record performance. Her arrival also marks the first lateral partner hire for the Americas Litigation practice following the Hogan Lovells Cadwalader combination, underscoring the firm's continued focus on strategic growth in key markets.

She also co-founded the Latinas First Foundation, which has awarded more than 350 scholarships to students pursuing higher education.
