- Samuel Jo, a shareholder in the firm's Technology Transactions Group in San Diego, focuses his practice on complex commercial and licensing agreements, as well as technology product and platform development, integration, launch, and counseling, with a particular emphasis on emerging technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, quantum computing, aerospace, custom Silicon applications, and Internet of Things.
- David A. Zetoony, co-chair of the firm's U.S. Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice, sits in the Denver office and focuses on helping businesses navigate data privacy and cybersecurity laws from a practical standpoint. He has helped hundreds of companies establish and maintain ongoing privacy and security programs, and has defended corporate privacy and security practices in investigations initiated by the Federal Trade Commission and other data privacy and security regulatory agencies around the world, as well as in class action litigation.
