Shareholder Laura Brenner and Attorney Sadie Hobbs’ article, “ Price Discrimination Litigation Remains Hot” was featured in the May 2026 issue of Wisconsin Lawyer, the official monthly publication of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Brenner and Hobbs address recent court decisions addressing pricing disputes among manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, while also referencing the Robinson-Patman Act. They provide recent examples of the Act in action and share the importance of being knowledge about the Act.
Brenner is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice and chair of the firm’s Commercial and Competition Law Group, a cross-disciplinary team of corporate and litigation attorneys who work together to solve problems. She and her team practice at the forefront of the laws affecting supply chain matters. Laura is a litigator but regularly serves as outside general counsel to a wide range of domestic and international companies.
Hobbs is an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice, where she represents clients in commercial and competition law, as well as product liability, safety and recalls. She takes a proactive, detail-oriented approach to litigation and is known for being highly responsive and efficient, guiding her clients through every stage of the litigation process, from managing recalls to navigating regulatory investigations.
