Ruhl is the co-managing shareholder of Reinhart's Denver office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice, where she focuses on efficiently completing complex commercial real estate projects for her clients. She advises on every aspect of the development process of real property, including land acquisition, negotiation with governmental entities regarding infrastructure documentation, construction and permanent financing, and the leasing and disposition of assets. Amy's nationwide practice is primarily focused on industrial developments, mixed-use projects, multifamily projects, condominium formation and affordable housing projects.
Stenman is the co-managing shareholder of Reinhart's Denver office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice, where she counsels commercial property owners and developers in sales, acquisitions and leasing transactions. She leverages her extensive experience with commercial leasing to assist landlords of office, industrial and retail assets in negotiating and drafting lease documents, including build to suit leases, and handling landlord/tenant matters. Jennifer's practice is nationwide and concentrates predominately on large industrial projects such as warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing facilities.
