(NYSE: STZ), an international producer and marketer of beer, wine, and spirits, in connection with its public offering of $500.0 million aggregate principal amount of 4.850% Senior Notes due 2031. BofA, Goldman Sachs, PNC and Truist acted as the joint book-running managers of the offering.
