It is our pleasure to share that our partner Patrizia Netal has joined the Teaching Faculty of the Written Advocacy Course (WAWA) by DELOS.

WAWA is designed to sharpen one of the most essential skills in arbitration and litigation: persuasive written advocacy. Through intensive, practice-based writing exercises, participants step directly into the role of counsel and receive targeted feedback from an international faculty of experienced practitioners, many of whom also sit as arbitrators.

The course also tackles the impact of AI on legal writing and advocacy. It challenges participants to think critically about how technology is reshaping the way arguments are crafted and presented.

The programme culminates in an Oxford-style debate, where participants put their skills into action. The strongest teams are recognised and showcased at the end of the course.

Applications for the next WAWA edition close on 3 May 2026.
