Chrysostomides Advocates & Legal Consultants acted as Cypriot legal counsel to Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA in connection with its EUR 700+ million acquisition of Nordic Leisure Travel Group AB, a leading Nordic tour operator with a portfolio of hotels across destinations including Spain, Cyprus and Greece.
Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory and antitrust approvals.
The acquisition is strategically important as it transforms Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA from a traditional airline into a fully integrated packaged holiday provider.
