For more than 43 years, Davis Malm has operated from One Boston Place, where generations of attorneys, professional staff and clients have walked its hallways and contributed to the firm's growth and success. While the firm reflects with gratitude on its decades there, it is excited to embark on its next chapter in a newly renovated, modern space designed to support continued collaboration and growth. The new space enhances Davis Malm's ability to collaborate internally and host clients in a dynamic setting, while maintaining the personal, relationship-driven approach that defines the firm.

Located between the Rose Kennedy Greenway and Boston Harbor, and just steps from the New England Aquarium, 255 State Street is a boutique building situated on one of Boston's most vibrant blocks. Davis Malm's fully renovated office will occupy the 11th floor, which is the building's penthouse office level, and features a modern, open and airy floor plan designed to foster collaboration and connection.
The building also offers distinctive amenities. The first floor is home to two celebrated restaurants, State Street Provisions and Boston's iconic Legal Sea Foods. Directly above the firm's new offices is a multi-functional meeting and entertainment space, including an outdoor rooftop terrace with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the city and harbor.
