Vancouver, Canada — Fasken partner, Georald Ingborg, KC, has been recognized with the King’s Counsel (KC) designation for exceptional contributions to the legal profession in British Columbia. This honour is granted by the Lieutenant Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Attorney General and recognizes exceptional merit and contribution to the legal profession.
Georald is a leading Canadian advisor in securities and mergers and acquisitions law. He is a passionate mentor and advocate for lawyers with disabilities, and is nationally recognized by Lexpert, Best Lawyers and Chambers Canada. Georald was also an early leader in developing equity‑ownership options to help create pathways for Indigenous communities to participate in large resource projects and share in long‑term economic outcomes.
