On April 2, 2026, our colleagues and partners Jean Patrick Dallaire and Sébastien Laprise, will participate in the Strategic Forum on Defence and Security, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal (CCMM).
With the theme Winning defence projects: RFPs, criteria, and the right partners, the session will focus on Canada’s Defence Industrial Strategy and its heavy reliance on construction and infrastructure projects. It will look at projects awarded by Defence Construction Canada, as well as business initiatives designed to ramp up production to meet National Defence needs.
The speakers will also discuss efficiency in the tendering and project delivery processes, including emerging collaborative models, contract document and project coordination, as well as improved processes and incentives to broaden the engagement of Canadian businesses.
Our colleagues will be joined by Martine Côté, Regional Service Line Leader, Initiatives at Defence Construction Canada.
