Roman is a tax and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in tax disputes, corporate tax restructuring, and regulatory compliance. He also specializes in construction law and compliance, advising on contract drafting, bidding, and negotiations for clients engaging consultants and contractors in complex infrastructure projects. In addition, he assists with transactions involving the acquisition of interests in industries such as renewable energy, transportation, and shipping.
Joachim is a disputes lawyer involved in court litigation, regulatory proceedings, construction arbitration, and commercial arbitration, both domestic and international. He works closely with teams advising and representing clients in highly regulated industries such as telecommunications, power, banking, infrastructure, shipping, and insurance. His practice includes trademark prosecution and enforcement, as well as tax litigation.
Keisha represents clients from a wide range of industries before various courts across the Philippines, particularly in the Visayas, in cases involving contract breaches, property disputes, voluntary liquidation, and criminal fraud. She also advises clients on labor and employment matters, estate settlement, and family law.
