Meghan's panel, The Duty to Innovate: Legal Risk or Safety Imperative for Product Manufacturers?, will explore the emerging legal "duty to innovate," examining how manufacturers may be required to adopt feasible safety technologies or risk liability amid shifting regulatory and industry expectations.
During Warren's panel, Ever-Expanding Chemical Reporting Universe, attendees will learn about the latest chemicals reporting requirements and approaches.
