In the profile, Daniel discussed what drew him to antitrust law and how early mentorship influenced his strategic approach to litigation. Daily Journal also highlighted Daniel’s significant victories, including his successful defense on behalf of Bayer Animal Health in a two-week jury trial regarding alleged exclusive dealings, as well as his representation of the Oakland Raiders in antitrust litigation initiated by the City of Oakland concerning the Raiders' relocation to Las Vegas.
