The World Atlas of Arbitration (https://arbitrationatlas.com/) is one of the latest and most exciting initiatives in the field of international arbitration. Spread across 60 world maps, it offers comparative insights into key topics such as arbitrability, interim measures, anti-suit injunctions, use of illegally obtained evidence, third-party funding, and more.
Created under the careful editorial guidance of Roman Kramarik and Tomas Kral, the Atlas draws on jurisdictional survey responses from over 200 experts across 105 jurisdictions worldwide.
Our partner Jurgita Petkutė had the privilege of participating in the launch symposium in Prague of the World Atlas, joining Louise Barrington, Juraj Szabó, and Olena Perepelynska on a panel discussing the institutional quantum report, exploring differences in institutional practices and rules, transparency, case numbers, as well as the costs and factors influencing institutional choice in international commercial arbitration.
