BUREN has contributed to the latest edition of Eurofenix, the journal of INSOL Europe, with a comprehensive country report examining groundbreaking Dutch legislation set to transform commercial financing practices. From 1 July 2025, the Act on the Abolition of Pledge Prohibitions will make most monetary claims freely transferable and pledgeable under Dutch law, ending longstanding contractual restrictions that have limited businesses' access to credit.
