ATLANTA (July 1, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised Jewell Hollow Management LLC in its acquisition of Eze-Breeze Porch Enclosures, in partnership with Bob Keller, the president of Eze-Breeze, from MITER Brands, a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors. The deal was announced on June 29.
The sale allows MITER Brands to streamline business operations and concentrate resources on its core products and brands while increasing production capacity in its Florida facilities.
