MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) announces that shareholders Carl Kugler and Chris Rechlicz have been elected to the firm's Board of Directors for a three-year term effective July 1, 2025.
Kugler is the managing shareholder in Madison, Wisconsin, where he leads the office's Corporate Law Practice. He works on a wide range of general corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and the formation, development and financing of startup and emerging growth companies. Kugler brings extensive experience counseling software, health care, manufacturing and consumer products companies, with an emphasis on commercial and transactional matters.
Rechlicz is a shareholder in Reinhart's Corporate Law and Banking and Finance practices, where he provides legal counsel on a variety of matters to banks, financial institutions, mezzanine lenders, equipment finance providers, private equity firms, portfolio companies and other borrowers. He guides his clients through a range of financing transactions, including acquisition, leveraged, secured, and unsecured, as well as asset-based, second lien, equipment, mezzanine, private equity, commercial, SBA and real estate financing.
