How did Quinn find himself at TRAction?

As co-CEO, Quinn's main responsibilities are strategy and
providing guidance and support to our staff.
He says, "I help our clients by trying to make
TRAction's services a little bit better every
day."
What are the most enjoyable aspects of Quinn's role?
Quinn tells us that watching staff members grow both professionally and in confidence during their time at TRAction is one of the most enjoyable aspects of his role.
He continues, "most of our staff start as Trade Reporting Officers and progress through the ranks as they grow in knowledge and skills. It's a bit like taking rough diamonds and making jewellery."
If given the opportunity to go anywhere in the world, Quinn would...
"Mount Everest, because climbing the highest mountain would feel like such an achievement." He adds, "I'm not sure my wife would be too happy about it though, so I'll stick to metaphorical mountains for now."
