SINGAPORE, 16 June 2025 – We are pleased to announce that Akshay Kishore has joined Duane Morris & Selvam LLP as a Director and Head of the India Dispute Resolution Practice.
Akshay is dual-qualified in India and the UK and brings extensive international experience in cross-border commercial disputes. He has advised clients in high-stakes arbitrations, mediations, adjudications, and regulatory investigations, including anti-bribery and corruption matters.
His sector focus includes infrastructure, construction, energy and mining, pharmaceuticals, shipping, telecoms, and cross-border investments. He has acted under major arbitration rules such as SIAC, ICC, LCIA, DIAC, MCIA, and UNCITRAL.
Akshay is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, and is listed on SIAC's reserve panel of arbitrators. He also serves on the Steering Committee of the Legal Services Interest Group at the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce.
