advised Gerdau in connection with its 19th issuance of simple,
non-convertible debentures, in the amount of BRL 1.4 billion. The
debentures were placed through a public offering, pursuant to CVM
Resolution 160, under the coordination of Santander (lead
coordinator), Itaú BBA, and XP Investimentos.
The transaction was led by partner Rodolfo Tella and included
the participation of associate Camilla Hehnes, both from the
Capital Markets practice.
