Kingdom, Switzerland and France to discuss what to expect from the
March 20, 2025 cooperation agreement between the UK’s Serious
Fraud Office, France’s Parquet National Financier (PNF) and
the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG).
Speakers will share views stemming from experience, provide
feedback on anticorruption efforts and give a forward-looking
understanding. They will address enforcement, both domestic and
international, in their respective jurisdiction, and what is
expected from companies and individuals. The conversation will
include what can be done to address new risks, including by
adapting compliance programs, and what procedural defense
strategies can be rolled out, accounting for available procedural
tools and the world (dis)order.
