Arendt & Medernach SA, alongside Kirkland & Ellis, advised HGGC, a middle-market private equity firm with over $8bn of cumulative capital commitments, on all Luxembourg law aspects of the successful majority investment in Luxembourg headquartered Centralis Group. (“Centralis”).

Centralis collaborates with alternative investment firms and corporate organisations, offering tailored fund administration, SPV-fund linked services, global expansion and governance solutions.

The deal is expected to close later in 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
