Transaction highlights in 2024:

  • Grupa Maspex: on the acquisition of the Becherovka brand and related assets from Pernod Ricard, including production and logistics facilities.
  • Innova Capital: on the acquisition of a minority stake in CloudFerro S.A., a leading cloud services provider for the European space sector.
  • Schools Partnership Limited (ISP):
    • On the acquisition of Nasza Szkoła sp. z o.o., operator of A. Einstein Primary School in Warsaw.
    • On the acquisition of Akademeia Educational Group, an academically selective school in Warsaw.
  • Sygnity S.A.: on the acquisition of Sagra Technology, a leading provider of SFA products.
  • Mutares SE & Co. KGaA: on the acquisition of Eltel Networks Energetyka S.A. and Eltel Networks Engineering S.A., finalized after obtaining UOKiK approval.
  • Bridgepoint: on the sale of its stake in SMYK Group to a consortium of investors, involving complex negotiations and multi-jurisdictional efforts.
  • Burgerlijke Maatschap Carpentier-Beirnaert: on the sale of CGH GROUP to H.I.G. Capital, completed after obtaining UOKiK approval.
  • Schumacher Packaging GmbH: on the sale of Polish subsidiaries to Saica Group, including operations with over 1,500 employees.
