Yoni Bard. Bard is a litigator whose practice focuses on debtor-creditor disputes, bankruptcy, and white-collar defense. He represents entities and individuals, including those in the life sciences, healthcare, and cannabis industries, in federal and state actions and arbitrations from pre-suit demands through trial and appeal. He has significant experience representing clients in government investigations related to allegations of healthcare fraud and other financial crimes.
Erin Foley, Ph.D. Foley designs and implements global intellectual property strategies that support business objectives across diverse technologies in the life sciences sector. She leads comprehensive intellectual property due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, ranging from early-stage technology acquisitions to billion-dollar cross-border deals, ensuring accurate valuation of patent assets. Foley also negotiates mission-critical licensing and collaboration agreements.
Allison Gilder, Ph.D. Gilder works on a range of intellectual property matters for clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, including patent prosecution of global portfolios. She advises a diverse array of clients, including large and small biotechnology companies and academic institutions. She also holds expertise in IP diligence for licensing and acquisition deals.
Erica Harrington. Harrington is a trusted advisor to leading bluetech, cleantech, and renewable energy companies and investors, guiding them through the full spectrum of corporate transactions and strategic initiatives. She has experience across mergers and acquisitions, venture and growth financings, project finance, and complex joint ventures, as well as early-stage formation, structuring, and governance. Clients turn to her for commercially grounded counsel on high‑stakes deals and long‑term corporate stewardship in rapidly evolving energy and technology markets.
Sarah Main. Main’s practice focuses on clean energy infrastructure permitting, siting, regulatory compliance, and contracting. She advises developers, asset owners/managers, investors, consulting firms, and public entities on all aspects of project development and compliance, from initial site evaluations and environmental due diligence to project offtake agreements, sale and acquisition. She also provides strategic advice and counsel to clients regarding government and utility funding opportunities and contracts.
Jason Roche. Roche’s practice focuses on working with emerging technology and life science companies throughout the corporate life cycle, including early-stage formation and structuring matters, angel and venture financings, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance matters. In addition to serving as outside general counsel for high-growth companies, he advises investors on venture capital financings, from seed financings to late-stage expansion rounds and restructurings.
Sudhanshu Roy. Roy represents sovereign States, state-owned entities and corporates in high‑stakes international commercial and investor‑state disputes under ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, SCC, LCIA, ICDR and SIAC rules, as well as arbitration-related litigation before U.S. courts. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he has significant experience representing clients across South and Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on complex energy, life sciences, infrastructure, renewables, technology, telecom and financial services sector disputes.
Laura Wzorek, Ph.D. Wzorek provides strategic patent counseling in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and chemistry. She works with clients to develop patent portfolios that provide robust and long-lasting intellectual property protection, often navigating highly complex and competitive fields of technology. She also assists clients in providing IP due diligence in connection with investments, licensing, and purchasing transactions.
Morgan Xu, Ph.D. Xu is a cross-disciplinary licensing and patent attorney trusted by leading biotech and life sciences companies. He builds and monetizes patent portfolios, driving creation, licensing, and life-cycle management with business-first precision. Xu also negotiates and closes complex transactions, ranging from multibillion-dollar collaboration deals, master services agreements, to sponsored research and academic licenses.
