Altenburger acted as legal advisor to HvaDidac AG in a transaction regarding the sale of all shares in Didac Schulen AG, which provides educational services in Bern, Lausanne, Geneva, Lugano and Eastbourne (UK) and operates its own host family and au pair agency, to Kalaidos Holding AG.
