We are excited to announce that Bettina Knoetzl has been selected to assume the role of Chair of Transparency International Austria, effective October 2024. After several years of dedicated service as Chair of the Advisory Board, Bettina brings a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to advancing transparency and opposing corruption in Austria.
In her first statement, Bettina emphasized the importance of transparency in the public sphere, urging the new government to make anti-corruption a top priority: "We will work tirelessly to ensure that transparency and integrity remain at the forefront."
