advised Ambiental Metrosul, sanitation utility company of the Porto
Alegre metropolitan area controlled by Aegea Saneamento, on its
first debentures issuance. The issuance was carried out through a
public offering of debentures with real guarantee, in a single
series, in the amount of R$ 300 million, coordinated by the banks
Santander Brasil and Safra.
The net proceeds raised by the Company will be allocated to
investments and working capital related to the concession for
sanitary sewer services in the concessionaire's operating
area.
The transaction was led by partner Luis Montes and supported by
associates Wilson Jung and Marcella Castellano, from Banking &
Finance.
