The fifth webinar in the series will take place on 10 July, and is called "Costs and Fees - Insight on the recent EU developments and regulators expectations on undue costs and potential impact in a UCITS environment".
This episode in our UCITS webinar series will focus on the topic of costs and fees. ESMA and the CSSF have been increasing their level of scrutiny in relation to costs and fees charged to funds and investors, which has an impact for investment fund managers.
This episode will also address the ESMA and CSSF expectations stemming from the ESMA Supervisory Briefing of 2020, the Common Supervisory Action of 2021 and the ESMA and CSSF reports released in 2022 in relation to the topic of costs and fees. We will in particular address the need for investment fund managers to have in place a structured pricing process in line with the ESMA and CSSF expectations.
Overall, this webinar is designed to help participants get a better understanding of the ESMA and CSSF expectations regarding costs and fees.
