Ankura announces the addition of a dedicated Life Sciences team within its Disputes & Economics practice with two seasoned, senior professionals that bolster and expand the firm's life sciences capabilities in the specific focus areas of: compliance, disputes, and investigations; regulatory (e.g., Food and Drug Administration); government pricing; intellectual property; supply chain operations; due diligence support for transactions and disputes; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and licensing; and clinical and manufacturing operations.
The Life Sciences team within Disputes & Economics will be led by Senior Managing Director David Berger who brings over 20 years of strategic leadership experience working with life sciences companies to advise on matters of compliance, regulatory, disputes and investigations, antitrust, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and clinical, manufacturing and supply chain operations. Joining David is Senior Managing Director Katherine C. Norris who specializes in compliance investigations, disputes, and advisory matters with over 20 years of industry experience as a life sciences compliance officer, advisor, and expert witness.
