Ministerial Decision No. 39/2016 Issuing the Executive Regulations of the Tourism Law (enacted by Sultani Decree No. 33/2002). 

This Decision repeals and replaces the Executive Regulations of the Tourism Law issued under Ministerial Decision No. 91/2003 and gives hotels and tourism entities authorised to conduct tourism activities a grace period of 6 months to comply with the new executive regulations.
Issued on 9 June 2016 Effective from the day after the date of publication.
