データによると、今年6月迄、外国出願人の中国における有効発明特許と有効登録商標の数はそれぞれ91万9,000件と213万5,000件に達し、着実な増加を維持している。また、国家知識産権局は国民と企業への利便性レベルを全面的に向上させ、知的財産審査の質と効率を継続的に向上させている。その中、特許出願の平均審査期間は15.7か月に短縮され、商標登録出願の平均審査期間は 4 か月で維持されている。
