The British Columbia Securities Commission yesterday amended BC Interpretation Note 33-705, which sets out conditions of registration for investment dealers that maintain an office in B.C. and trade in U.S. over-the-counter markets, to remove the expiration date of the instrument. The conditions had been set to expire on December 31, 2014.
