Rachel has a range of corporate transactional and advisory experience.

She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, take privates, initial public offerings, private equity investments and disposals, amalgamations and restructurings (including continuations and discontinuations). She has experience of both private and public offerings, including on the Bermuda, London and US based New York stock exchanges.

In addition, Rachel also specialises in advising on Bermuda's legal and regulatory framework for the digital asset sector. She often advises Fintech businesses on their establishment in Bermuda, including advising on their corporate structuring, seed round investments and Bermuda's licensing framework.

Iona Wright is a Regulatory & Risk Advisory Partner in Walkers' BVI office, with over 14 years' experience working in financial services regulation in the United Kingdom, the Cayman Islands and the BVI.

She has also been seconded to Russell Investments and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange during her career. Iona has substantial expertise across a wide range of financial services regulatory matters, with a particular focus on crypto regulation.

She is also a Director of BVI Finance and a member of their Digital Assets Working Group, an ITA Ad-hoc Committee member and a member of the FSC's VASP Advisory Committee.

Chris focuses on corporate, M&A transactions and investment funds, and advises clients across variety of industries including fintech.

Chris specialises in a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters, as well as general corporate and M&A deals, joint ventures and equity capital market transactions. He regularly acts for private equity firms, major investment banks, fund managers and corporate trustees on both fund formation and ongoing transactions.

He also works on acquisitions, disposals and restructures for public listed companies.
