The Leading Lawyers designation is limited to less than 5% of lawyers licensed in each state, based on peer recommendations. The Emerging Lawyers designation is limited to less than 2% of lawyers licensed in each state who are age 40 or younger, unless they have practiced law for 10 years or less, based on peer recommendations.
