Masuda Funai and J.P. Morgan co-hosted the "2026 Global Economic Outlook" seminar on February 26 in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The program featured Ayako Fujita, Managing Director and Chief Japan Economist at J.P. Morgan, who shared insights on key economic developments affecting Japanese companies doing business in the United States. Her presentation addressed several timely topics, including the depreciation of the Japanese yen and the evolving global trade environment.

Kathleen Gaber, Chairman of Masuda Funai, delivered the opening remarks, welcoming attendees and thanking J.P. Morgan for the opportunity to collaborate on the joint seminar. Closing remarks were provided by Jun Ohara, Executive Director, Multinational Corporations at J.P. Morgan.

The seminar was attended by 37 participants, who engaged in thoughtful discussion during the presentation and enjoyed networking with Ms. Fujita and fellow attendees following the program.
