December 7-9, 2022. Foley and Lardner is also proud to once again be a sponsor for this conference.

Mr. Lacktman's session is titled, "Legal & Policy Considerations for Telehealth." He will be joined by fellow panelists Ben Leonard (Health Technology Reporter at POLITICO), Cecily Harris (Deputy General Counsel at Wheel) and Eric Kim (Claims Manager at Beazley).

Mr. Mehta's session is titled, "Insider's Views: Ensuring Telehealth Program Integrity." During this session, the speakers will share their insights on the latest fraud and abuse challenges in telemedicine, as well as hear directly from federal enforcement authorities on how telemedicine companies can best position themselves to avoid fraud, waste and abuse – and deliver care in an appropriate way. He will be joined by Andrew Vanlandingham (Senior Counsel for Policy, Office of Inspector General at the Department of Health and Human Services).

Mr. Maguregui's session is titled, "Cracking Down on Security Risks." This session will unveil latest issues around and FTC enforcement actions to protect consumers' data privacy and security. He will be joined by fellow panelists Elisa Jillson (Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission) and Tina Grande (Executive VP for Policy at the Healthcare Leadership Council).

The American Telemedicine Association is the only organization that addresses telehealth policy from all angles – state and federal legislative priorities and issues that affect our industry – as well as international policy perspectives and the trends and opportunities to advance telehealth as a permanent option for care delivery. The ATA EDGE2022 Policy Conference is the premier event focused on the latest in state, federal and international telehealth policies, as our industry prepares for the critical next steps needed to avoid the telehealth cliff. This year's conference will take a practical look forward into the next phase of telehealth adoption and explore what's necessary to overcome ongoing policy obstacles while maintaining telehealth's positive momentum and bipartisan support, as we continue Approaching Telehealth Permanency.
