On April 28, 2026, the Regulations of the Federal Law on the Protection of Industrial Property were published in the Official Gazette of the Federation. These regulations repeal the Regulations of the Industrial Property Law and implement various provisions introduced by current legislation, as well as by its recent amendments.

On April 24, 2026, an amendment to the Regulations for Health Supplies was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, which entered into force on the day following its publication.

On May 4, 2026, the following were published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF): (i) the “Agreement issuing general criteria and guiding operational guidelines for the promotion of productive investment and tax compliance” and (ii) the ”Decree for the Immediate Authorization of Investments” within the framework of Plan Mexico, which entered into force the day following their publication.
