SEC Decreases Filing Fees

The SEC announced that, effective 1 October 2015, the fees that
public companies and other issuers pay to register their securities
with the SEC will be set at $100.70 per million dollars of
securities registered. This is a decrease from the current filing
fee of $116.20 per million dollars.
