As school districts and administrators finalize their back-to-school plans, employers must be prepared to address and respond to their employees' requests for leave and other accommodations necessitated by COVID-19. This 30-minute webinar will address key considerations for employers as their employees prepare to go back to [home] school, including employer obligations and rights under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and applicable state law, employers' ability to challenge requests for leave and accommodations based on suspected fraud and abuse, teleworking, and the availability of intermittent leave, etc.
