- For CFTC Commissioner - Summer Kristine Mersinger, of South Dakota, for the remainder of the term expiring April 13, 2023, replacing Dan Michael Berkovitz.
- For CFTC Commissioner - Caroline D. Pham, of New York, for a term expiring April 13, 2027, replacing Dawn DeBerry Stump, term expiring.
- For Federal Housing Finance Agency Director - Sandra L. Thompson, of Maryland, for a term of five years, replacing Mark Anthony Calabria.
